Supply of Men’s and Women’s Hardy Eco Jackets

The Saskatchewan Indian Gaming Authority (SIGA) seeks to engage a vendor for the Supply of Branded Men’s and Women’s Hardy Eco Jackets with Dakota Dunes Casino’s Logo as specified in RFQ document. All items are required to be shipped to Dakota Dunes Casino (DDC) by March 23, 2026.

Special Instructions to Bidders:

1. Price quoted must be in Canadian Dollars and the prices listed above shall be the total cost to SIGA including all shipping/freight, logo imprinting/ Embroidery and all other charges including applicable taxes.
2. Actual quantity per site will be provided to the successful vendor. If there are limitations to the specific sizes, provide that detail in your bid submission.
3. The pricing listed in the Bid submission shall be valid for 30 days from the submission deadline date.
4. SIGA reserves the right to contact any or all Bidders to clarify their submission.
5. Substitutes may be considered for the larger sizes (4XL -5XL) with equivalent quality, look and specifications. Updated specifications such as (brand name, model, description, etc.) are required for substitutions with your bid submission. See appendix 1 for reference.
6. The production logo for Dakota Dunes Casino (attached sample in appendix 2) will be provided to the successful vendor.
7. A digital “mock-up” of the Logo placement on the items is required with the bid submission. Approved image is not available, for mock-up purchases, just show the allowable size of image.
8. SIGA will obtain and provide all required permission to logo usage for this project, as applicable
9. Digital proofs must be provided and approved by SIGA prior to production.
10. Samples may be requested from the successful vendor prior to finalizing the order.
