Street Resurfacing Project - 2026

The City of Milpitas ("City") is seeking bids from qualified vendors in response to this Invitation for Bid ("IFB") for Street Resurfacing Project - 2026. The project consists of rehabilitating various streets throughout the City within the limits shown on the approved plans. Street resurfacing shall include AC dig out/repair, and grind/overlay where required. In addition, minor concrete work: upgrading existing curb ramps to comply with current ADA requirements; curb and gutter repair; signing and striping; sidewalk repair; driveway repair; traffic signal modifications; and adjusting utility covers to finished grade shall be completed according to the plans and all associated contract documents.
