This Event is issued by the State University of New York (herein after referred to as "SUNY”) to solicit proposals for Online Asynchronous Test Prep Services for Educational Opportunity Program (EOP) undergraduate students.

The results of this event will be used to award a 3-year contract, with the option to renew for an additional two-year term.

Overview of EOP Program:

The State University of New York's Arthur O. Eve Educational Opportunity Program provides access, academic support and financial aid to students who show promise for succeeding in college but who may not have otherwise been offered admission. Program participants receive a variety of academic support services and modest financial support to alleviate non-tuition costs (e.g. books, supplies etc.) Available primarily to full-time, matriculated students, the program supports students throughout their college careers within the University.

Scope of Work includes the following:

The successful vendor(s) will provide asynchronous test preparation resources, including practice tests, for several graduate school and licensure exams. Of the SUNY campuses that offer EOP, the following exams were identified as most likely to require test prep resources: Graduate Record Exam (GRE), Graduate Management Admissions Test (GMAT), Medical College Admissions Test (MCAT), Dental Admissions Test (DAT), Optometry Admissions Test (OAT), Law School Admissions Test (LSAT), NCLEX Nursing Licensure Exam (for RN candidates), and the CPA Licensure Exam (for accounting candidates). Based on a survey of the campuses, the test prep resources would need to be available to at least 1,300 cumulative SUNY EOP students annually. Some exams would be in more demand than others, depending on annual student needs, but these exams represent the fullest scope of our EOP student body who are pursuing graduate studies or licensure in their chosen field.
