The purpose of this Request for Proposal (RFP) is to solicit proposals from a qualified slide company to establish a contract through competitive negotiations with the Garden City Parks and Recreation (GCPR) department in Garden City, Kansas. The slide company (Proposer) will provide, at a minimum, the basic removal of calcium buildup and rust spots, minor chip repairs, removal and replacement of caulking, buffing and waxing of the slide's interior, and a general inspection as outlined in the scope of services.

The Selection Committee will formally review proposals on Tuesday, September 23, 2025, at 10:00 am CDT, at 310 N 6th St. in Studio I. Notification of final selection will occur not later than Friday, September 26, 2025, by 1:00 pm CDT.
