ICBC is seeking to obtain a list of reliable, cost-efficient, and effective prequalified vendors to deliver comprehensive talent development initiatives and leadership training, in-person at the ICBC’s operating regions (Head Office, metro Vancouver, metro Victoria and interior regions of the province of BC), among ICBC’s employees. Consideration will be given to vendors outside of ICBC’s operating regions that can provide their services remotely.
The scope of work includes but is not limited to the following 7 categories: Category 1: Indigenous career development and retention consultation support; Category 2: Coaching; Category 3: Talent Assessments; Category 4: Leadership Development; Category 5: Facilitation Services; Category 6: Learning Design Services; Category 7: Teambuilding and Intergroup Activities. Propective vendors are invited to submit proposals for one, multiple, or all seven categories included in the scope of work.
Prospective vendors can access the solicitation documents and submit proposals through ICBC's Bonfire portal.
All communication from and to ICBC including questions, solicitation document amendments, responses to questions and other information will also be published on ICBC's Bonfire portal. It is the prospective vendors’ sole responsibility to ensure that they have access to all new and updated information.
