Summary

Ohio Department of Commerce (COM) is seeking to purchase 10 Annual Seats for online investigation software (bulk search for current and historical public records) for our Division of Unclaimed Funds Investigators. The State Standard Terms and Conditions apply to this solicitaiton. No additional terms and conditions will be accepted. Please see the attached "Supplement A" and "Data Security and Privacy Terms".

Selection will be based on the lowest responsive and responsible quote.

The initial Contract period is expected to run from Contract award through June 30, 2026, with the possibility for three (3), one-year renewal Contracts, contingent upon satisfactory performance, continued availability of funding, and all required approvals. Renewals may be subject to approval by the Controlling Board.

At its sole discretion, COM may renew these services for up to three additional one-year term(s) subject to the satisfactory performance of the sel ected supplier and the needs of the State.
