Notice is hereby given that the Hampton Roads Sanitation District (HRSD) requests Proposals from qualified consulting firms (Firm) to provide Professional Services including study services, preliminary engineering report services, design services, pre-construction services, contract administration services, field engineering and inspection services, startup and testing services, operations and training services, and post-startup and certification services for Structural Services Projects.All proposers shall demonstrate prior experience with providing structural engineering services. All Proposers shall have a local office within the HRSD service area with sufficient qualified personnel to provide the proposed services.*NOTE: Do not respond through eVA.
