IFB 24-146 Elevator AC Replacement

The New York State Office of Mental Health (OMH) is seeking to procure, through an Invitation for Bid (IFB), an Elevator AC Replacement at the New York State Psychiatric Institute. The resulting contract will be an OP contract and will allow all necessary maintenance work to be completed. The required specifications are listed in the scope.

A Mandatory Site Visit is scheduled for Thursday, November 7, 2024, at 10:00 AM ET.

Return of Site Visit Registration Form is due no later than 3:00 PM ET, November 5, 2024.

Questions regarding this solicitation are due per the instructions in the IFB by 3:00 PM ET, November 14, 2024.

Questions will be accumulated by OMH and responses will be sent to potential bidders November 18, 2024. The Q&A will also be posted to this advertisement.

Bids are due no later than 3:00 PM ET, December 5, 2024. No late bids will be accepted.
