Description:

The Town of Lexington is seeking bid submittals for Asphalt Repair and road resurfacing for various roads and concrete work in the Mallard Lakes subdivision.  The contractor will provide all materials, equipment, and labor to make necessary road repairs located within various subdivisions in the Lexington town limits and materials, equipment, and labor to make necessary sidewalk and catch basin repairs located within the Mallard Lakes subdivision in accordance with the specifications, conditions, and provisions provided herein.

There will NOT be a Pre-Bid Conference for the 2025 Pavement Rehabilitation Plan; however, on May 7, 2025, at 10:00 a.m. will be a non-mandatory information meeting specifically for the Mallard Lakes Concrete Work portion of the project. The bid opening will be held on May 21, 2025, at 3:00 p.m. at Town Hall on the second floor in conference room C. Deadline for questions is May 14, 2025, at 5:00 p.m.
