ARCHITECTURAL AND ENGINEERING DESIGN SERVICES- SHINGLE ROOF REPLACEMENT PROJECT
The Town of Suffield is soliciting proposals from architects for the design of a roofing project at Suffield High School. Project Scope includes full/complete inspection of existing conditions including structural integrity of the roof system, demolition of existing roofing, design and documentation of all necessary structural and/or substrate repairs, new roofing materials, any gutter or downspouts required as part of the new repair/installation. The firm selected will be expected to assist through the completion of this project by providing continuous technical assistance.
