Summary

The Ohio Department of Natural Resources is requesting bids for: Division of Parks and Watercraft Mohican State Park Campground 24 Cabin Kitchen Drain Line Replacement 3116 State Route 3, Loudonville, OH 44842
Service Background: There are 24 cabins that need new drain lines in the kitchen sinks. Work involves removing counters, cabinets, drywall, insulation, copper drain lines from main drain line with lead, and condensation lines in order to install new 1 ½” PVC pipe for drain line in each cabin. Work will also include replacement of piping, insulation, and new RFP panel board for access instead of drywall, as well as reinstalling the cabinets, counters, and new caulking. All parts and colors (RFP board, caulking, etc.) to be approved by park manager. All debris removal, cleanup, and part costs are the responsibility of the awarded contractor. Work will need to be completed by February 28, 2026.  All work to be coordinated with the park manager, such timing of work, etc. Park manager will approve craftsmanship and project quality prior to payment.

Prior to submitting a bid response, offerors are required to visit the park cabins. Please contact Jenny Roar, Park Manager, at 419-296-6528 or jennifer.roar@dnr.ohio.gov to set up a site visit.
Once a contract is awarded, failure of the bidder to have requested a site visit to become familiar with the facility and requirements of the bid will be insufficient reason to support any request to be released from the contract.

cabins.

Test lines to ensure that they are free of leaks.
Install replacement of piping, insulation, and new RFP panel board for access instead of
drywall.
Reinstall the cabinets, counters, and new caulking.
Cleanup will be the responsibility of contractor. All safety, foot and road traffic, and
general work to be coordinated with park manager.
Contractor will coordinate with the park manager on days/times of onsite work.
Contractor is responsible for demo, haul away, site clean-up.

1. Must include the Purchase Order (PO) number assigned. You may shorten it to the last five digits.
2. Supplier full name as it appears on your PO.
3. The Ship to and/or service facility name and full address
4. Unique invoice number
5. Date of service or date work was completed.
6. Complete itemization of services performed, materials or goods supplied and/or labor furnished.
7. Line charge(s). If parts are included, please break out the line charges with product and charges
separately.
8. No State of Ohio sales tax
9. Remit to address must match our records for payment
10. This PO is only valid for the goods and/or services received through June 30, 2026.
11. Any goods/services received after June 30, 2026 will require a new PO.
