Project Description: County of Lebanon hereby invites the submission of bids for Lebanon County Municipal
Building Abatement Project via the PennBid Program no later than Thursday, May 28, 2026, at
1:00 PM. Bids will be publicly opened immediately thereafter electronically with the results made
available on PennBid. A non-mandatory Pre-bid Meeting will be held on Tuesday, May 12, 2026, at
2:00 PM at 400 South 8th Street, Lebanon, PA 17042. The complete Invitation to Bid, bidding
instructions and Project bid documents will be available May 5, 2026, at no cost via PennBid
(https://pennbid.bonfirehub.com). The undersigned reserves the right to waive informalities or
defects in a bid to the extent permitted under Pennsylvania Law and to reject any or all bids or
parts thereof.
