Solicitation Summary
The Department of Juvenile Services (DJS or the Department) is seeking bids for HVAC
preventative maintenance and repair services at the Cheltenham Youth Facility for a one (1) year contract term.
The services are for all boilers (steam and hot water), oil fired domestic hot water heaters, burners, circular pumps, return pumps and tanks, valves and their associated electrical, systemic, pneumatic controls and installation and maintenance of water treatment systems and all other equipment at the facility. The work shall include, but is not limited to all motors, water treatment tanks, pumps, chemicals, and changing of unit filters. The contractor is responsible for providing all needed parts and RTU filters which includes paper filters - changed out once per month and larger metal filter - changed out quarterly during this contract.
