Project Description: Bids will be received online by the Community College of Philadelphia via PennBid until 12:00 PM EDT on Wednesday, May 27, 2026. The intent of the project is to cover preventive maintenance service complete in every respect in order to assure continued safe, quiet, efficient and trouble-free operation of the equipment identified and to assure that the equipment and all safety devices and safety features of the equipment operate properly. Details of service not explicitly stated in the specifications, but necessarily attendant thereto, are deemed to be understood by the Contractor. The Vendor shall provide emergency callback service 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, including holidays, to respond to equipment failures or entrapments.
