NGC - BOA DO 2501 ACAS Xu Phase 0C Completion

The Naval Air Systems Command (NAVAIR), Patuxent River, MD, awarded a sole source Cost Plus Fixed Fee (CPFF) modification to the Phase 0C Contract (N00019-23-F-2501) in support of MQ-4C Triton Program Requirements. The contract modification is for the procurement of additional scope under CLIN 0001 on a sole source basis to Northrop Grumman Systems Corporation (NGSC), San Diego, CA. Additional scope being procured will provide continued support for advanced prototype design and development risk reduction for the Triton Sense and Avoid (SAA) design requirements in advance of the SAA System Engineering Change Proposal (ECP) Contract. The scope of this modification includes a subsystem level Critical Design Review (CDR).
