Project Description: THIS NOTICE IS FOR INFORMATION PURPOSES ONLY. PLEASE FOLLOW THE DIRECTIONS OUTLINED BELOW TO SUBMIT RESPONSES DIRECTLY TO HOGAN CONSTRUCTION. SEE ATTACHED DOCUMENTS WITHIN THE SUPPORTING DOCUMENTATION TAB FOR MORE INFORMATION
Hogan Construction, Construction Manager General Contractor (CMGC) for Salt Lake City School District (Owner) is requesting bids for the Highland High School Rebuild. This bid package includes the following:
• Core Building. Complete Divisions 4, 6-26
• Field House. All trades
• Parking Structure . All trades
• Sitework. Partial Work for Divisions 2, 5, 32 including demolition, site handrails and guardrails, landscape,
fencing, site amenities, bleachers, track replacement.
Project documents are available. All vendors need to register with the CMGC in order to receive full documents and future
