Bids for the construction of the Project will be received at the Town of Fort Mill located at 205 N White St, Fort Mill, SC 29715 until Thursday, April 3, 2025 at 2:00 PM local time. At that time the Bids received will be publicly opened and read. The Project includes the following Work: Demolition of an existing asphalt trail, grading and erosion control, tree protection fencing, installation of a pedestrian concrete trail, heavy duty vehicular concrete, curb and gutter, concrete ramps, trench drainage, parking signage, asphalt striping, bollards, bike racks, site furniture, custom swing construction and installation, water fountains, planting, and lighting.
