Questions:
1. Our primary printing plant is located in Mexico; however, the books are shipped from our Texas
distribution center. Additionally, our customer service center is in Texas. With that in mind, am I understanding
the bid correctly, that the book must be printed in the United States?
A. Page 28, OFFSHORE CONTRACTING PROHIBITED (FEB 2015) Clause [07-7B122-1] is deleted from this bid.
Foreign printing is permitted.
2. If the book must be printed in the USA, is the subcontractor printer required to be located in SC?
A. No
