The City of Des Plaines, Illinois, desires sealed bids for Des Plaines HVAC Equipment Replacements.

Every prospective bidder is required to attend a Pre-Bid Meeting scheduled for 10 a.m., Friday, January 16, 2026, at the City of Des Plaines Public Works Department, 1111 Joseph Schwab Rd., Des Plaines to review the scope of the Work and the project specifications.

All bids will be received at the Office of the City Clerk, Room 602, 1420 Miner Street, Des Plaines, Illinois 60016 until 9:30 a.m., Friday, January 23, 2026, at which time they will be publicly opened and read aloud in Room 101.
