Managed Meeting Rooms

WCB is seeking to enhance collaboration and communication both within the organization and with external partners by installing Microsoft Teams Room (MTR) certified Logitech hardware in meeting rooms across various locations. Technologies from other vendors will be considered where required by each meeting space, such as audio system components (microphones, speakers, processors), webcams/cameras, or displays. However, WCB is committed to providing a consistent experience across all meeting spaces, therefore a core platform of Logitech Rallybar+Tap MTR systems is strongly preferred.

A total of 30 locations have been identified for these potential upgrades, but the final number of locations that will receive the enhancements will be determined solely by WCB, based on pricing and budget availability.
