The Government reserves the right to evaluate delivery lead time as part of its overall assessment of best value.
The Government intends to evaluate quotations based on technical acceptability, price, and delivery. Award will be given to the responsible offeror whose quotation meets all mandatory requirements and is determined to represent the best value to the Government. The Government reserves the right to request additional information or clarification from any offeror as needed to support evaluation.
All quotations must be submitted electronically to the Contracting Officer by the date and time specified in the RFQ transmittal. Late submissions may not be considered.
