Assessment Engineering Services and Special Tax Administration

The Cosumnes Community Services District (District) is inviting proposals from firms qualified to provide assessment engineering services, including the preparation of Annual Engineer’s Reports and all related services for its seven 1972 Act Landscape & Lighting (L&L) Districts, as well as any additional districts formed during the period of the agreement. Proposals should also include special tax administration for the District’s Community Facilities District (CFD), as well as any additional CFDs formed during the period of the agreement.
