1 Evaluation Criteria
The evaluation of this RFP/RFQ may be based upon, but not limited to which are in on particular order:
Compliance with specifications.
Delivery date for completed truck to ISU.
Overall Cost.
Compliance with Terms & Conditions
Warranty information (includes process to get warranty work done & location where warranty work can be
performed.
Product literature/specifications sheets provided with bid (or upon request).
Noted exceptions .

2 General Information
The delivery truck will be used by ISU Central Stores Staff to delivery goods (boxed/bagged/pallets) as needed.
This truck will be used for multiple stops around campus on a daily basis.
The unit shall be a current model under standard production by the manufacturer and be furnished complete with
standard equipment and accessories as listed in the manufacturers printed literature plus the specifications. All
equipment and options must be factory installed, if available. Please indicate compliance with the specifications.
ISU reserves the right to waive minor differences in the stated specifications, if an offer is found to be substantially
compliant and its' purchase would be in the University's best interest.
The use of brand name or equal specifications is for the purpose of describing the standard of quality, performance
& characteristics desired and is not intended to limit or restrict competition.

3 Delivery of truck
Completed truck shall be delivered to ISU by May 1, 2025 and ISU will accept delivery of the completed truck at any
time before May 1. See delivery address below.

Contractor shall deliver the unit with the invoice and completed title/MSO paperwork.
ISU will pay for completed truck after delivery of the truck and all necessary paperwork (MSO/title, warranty, etc.) is
provided. ISU will not prepay.
