Alaska Veterans & Pioneers Home - Roof Repairs
You are invited to submit a quote to provide all labor, supervision, permits, and materials to repair miscellaneous areas of the roof to include flashing at eaves, flashing at vents, flashing at windows sills and headers, repairs to eaves and beams, and degraded structural corner post per the plans and sheet note specifications.
A pre-bid walk through is scheduled for Tuesday August 27 th at 10:00AM. Meet at the main lobby entrance. AVPH is located at 250 East Fireweed Avenue Palmer, AK 99 645
Quotes must be received before 2:00 PM local time September 5, 2024, by EMAIL Only at fcs.facilities@alaska.gov prior to the date and time shown above. Offerors are responsible to assure timely delivery, and receipt of their bids. Offerors are cautioned that due to mailbox restrictions, we cannot receive bids over 20MB in size.
The project completion date is October 31, 2024.
