Project Description: The Charlotte Area Transit System (CATS) is seeking qualified contractors to ensure the maintenance and repair of the Rail Operations infrastructure, specifically the Track and Overhead Catenary System (OCS). CATS is soliciting proposals for On-Call Special Trackwork Services, OCS repair services, and Emergency On-Call Services for the Blue Line and Gold Line transit systems. CATS may select multiple contractors for this solicitation.
