PROJECT (A) NEW 20¿ x 20¿ FREE STANDING ADA COMPLIANT RESTROOM FACILITY LOCATED AT TENNIS COURTS ON WESTVIEW DRIVE WITH THE FOLLOWING SPECIFICATIONS:
¿ Demolition of existing concrete building slab and in-floor plumbing drains / water lines. Dispose of debris in approved manner.
¿ 20¿wide x 20¿ long x 10¿ eave x 1:12 roof pitch, pre-engineered steel structure, all walls to remain fully open to eave, additional 2¿ overhang around full perimeter, 26-gauge galvalume roof panels with PBR leg, die formed ridge caps, stainless steel encapsulated roof sealing fasteners, tape mastic, standard 3¿ V/R reinforced roof insulation in white finish with bird mesh in roof exclusive of 2¿ overhang, and all necessary trim. No gutters. Portal frames to be used in lieu of cable bracing in walls. Building to meet current building code requirements for Blakely / Early County, GA.
¿ Complete engineered, steel reinforced, foundation for the above structure. Foundation to include footings as required for construction of block restrooms and mechanical / storage rooms. Foundation to slope, beginning at the exterior of the south restroom walls, as required to allow rainwater to drain off slab to south toward street.
o Supply ADA compliant concrete ramp on south end from street level.
¿ Construct two (2) 5¿ x 5¿ inside dimensions ADA compliant restrooms with mechanical / utility room in between the two. Restrooms and mechanical room to be located on the north end of the structure with doors facing south towards Westview Drive.
