The Cherokee Nation is seeking bids from qualified vendors to purchase or construct an outdoor equipment storage building to protect CNHS equipment. There will be 1 building at the Cooweescoowee Health Center in Ochelata OK. Site prep and concrete slab will be included in this bid.

The Cherokee Nation is seeking bids from qualified vendors to purchase or construct an outdoor equipment storage building to protect CNHS equipment. There will be 1 building at the Cooweescoowee Health Center in Ochelata OK. Site prep and concrete slab will be included in this bid.
Interested parties are to provide a bid to furnish all labor, quality control, materials, supplies and supervision to complete the entire project. Interested bidders must follow all directions outlined in this bid packet including the utilization of mandatory bid response sheet to be considered fully responsive.
A pre-bid site visit will be available on Wednesday May 28, 2025 at 2:00pm at the Ochelata location for the interested parties. If a company is interested in the project, but unable to attend the site visit as stated, there will be an opportunity to meet on Thursday May 29, 2025 by contacting Jessie Brackett at (918) 316-5982 to schedule. The scope of work and specifications are included in this bid packet.
