Request for Quotations for the Supply, Delivery, Maintenance, Subscription & Support for IBM Software
It is the intention of the City to award a contract to the Supplier offering the lowest Total Calculated Price as shown in the Pricing Form. Suppliers must meet all mandatory requirements in order to be considered. Notwithstanding the dates and times shown in this notice, Suppliers are to note the following: Solicitation documents are available only in SAP Ariba, the City's Online Procurement System, at the Public Posting link shown in this notice, and responses must be submitted in SAP Ariba. The Submission Deadline will be the later of (a) 12:00 p.m. local time in Toronto on May 20, 2026, or (b) the date and time displayed in the City Online Procurement System countdown clock. Suppliers must be registered on SAP Ariba to initiate or continue doing business with the City. New suppliers who have not previously registered with the City and who are interested in viewing and bidding on City solicitations can register by going to the City of Toronto Registration Page.
