OAK CREST ADDITION SANITARY SEWER AND WATERLINE IMPROVEMENTS: This project consists of replacing all sewer lines and repairing/replacing all manholes as well as replacement of existing aging waterlines within the Oak Crest Addition. This neighborhood is located East of S Main St. and North of E Washington St. The sewer lines consist of a total of approximately 18,600 linear feet of 8-inch concrete-incased CIP and 8-inch VCP. The number of concrete manholes to be inspected and repaired/replaced is about 75. The waterline improvements includes approximately 15,800 linear feet of waterline replacement. The construction time for this project is One Hundred Eighty (180) days.

There will be an optional pre bid meeting on November 14, 2024 from 9:30 AM- 10:00 AM. This meeting will be held virtually. You can find the meeting links here. BIDS WILL BE OPENED publicly at 2:00 p.m. on November 21st, 2024.
