The City of Pueblo is inviting proposals from qualified Consultants to provide advice and technical assistance for the Housing and Citizen Services Department regarding US Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) related activities. The awarded Consultant will advise the City and provide technical assistance for environmental review regulations and processes, HUD programmatic regulation interpretation and processes, and other HUD related activities/issues as needed fo the City's Housing and Citizen Services Department.
