CFD Training Facility Project

Notice is hereby given that the Board of Public Works and Safety for the City of Carmel, Hamilton County, Indiana, will receive sealed bids for CFD Training Facility Project via the City's e-Procurement Portal at https://procurement.opengov.com/portal/carmelin . Bids will be accepted until 9:00 am on Wednesday, December 3, 2025 .

Project work will include construction of a 5-story fire training facility at 4925 E 106th St. Carmel, Indiana 46033 comprised of multiple modified storage containers and incorporating internal staircases, stair tower with internal stairs, two (2) balconies, one (1) recessed and one (1) exposed rappel window, and multiple internal rooms for training scenarios. .

Please ensure that the structure is completed with conditions included but not limited to the Code of Standard Practice of the American Institute of Steel Construction, AISC Certification, ICC; AC462 and Erection per OSHA Subpart R.
