Contractor shall provide all labor, tools, equipment, travel, fuel, materials, supplies, maintenance, repair, inspection, and incidentals necessary to provide the rental of one (1) fully-operated and maintained Commercial Rotorcraft-Helicopter, Bell 206 Long Ranger 206L4, or Bell 206B3 Jet Ranger, or equivalent, for transport of GASEX tank farms and equipment to the avalanche control facilities above Highway 88 and Highway 4 corridors in District 10.
