Description
The project will consist of the removal of existing ADA ramp and Design and Build (DB) of a replacement ramp at the Briarwood Park Recreation Center.
The project will include, but not be limited to, the following:
¿ Review site data.
¿ Determine and provide design schedule of work.
¿ Submit list of required permits.
¿ Design site, site utilities, building and foundation system.
¿ Coordinate all underground utility locates if necessary.
¿ Submit DB Design Development and DB Construction Documents for review and approval.
¿ Secure all necessary permits.
¿ Provide schedule of construction work.
¿ Secure work area and provide for continued access to the facility.
¿ Construct project.
¿ Schedule all inspections based on any permit obtained.
¿ Provide as-constructed drawings.
