DEAR POTENTIAL BIDDER:

Marana Unified School District (MUSD) is seeking Written Quotes for Grounds Supplies for Irrigation. This scope of work is outlined under the Attributes Tab and a detailed list of irrigation supplies is provided on the Line Item tab.  Partial quotes will be accepted.
All questions should be submitted no later than May 12, 2026 at 2:00 PM. Questions received after this deadline may not be considered.

MUSD is requesting firm pricing on the materials listed. Vendors shall indicate the number of days pricing will remain firm. Requests for price increases within that period may be considered only if justified by documented increases in inflation or labor costs.
Award will be made to the vendor(s) offering the lowest price whose quote is complete and determined to be responsive and responsible. The District reserves the right to award to the least number of vendors necessary to meet its needs.
The contract term is anticipated to begin July 1, 2026 through June 30, 2027. If all conditions are met and funding is available, the contract may be extended for up to two (2) additional one-year periods. No contract exists until a renewal is signed and a purchase order is issued for each fiscal year.

The District reserves the right to add related services and/or materials the contract period by mutual agreement. The District may accept quoted pricing or procure such items elsewhere at its sole discretion.
