Light Pole Repair - Azusa Armory

The Contractor shall furnish all labor, equipment, materials, permits, and fees necessary for the Light Pole Repair - Azusa Armory located at Azusa Armory, 1351 Sierra Madre Avenue, Azusa, CA 91702. Work to include: The Contractor shall repair one damaged light pole and one damaged light pole base to include the following: Demo work (remove one damaged light pole; Demo one damaged light pole base; retain existing light pole to be reinstalled); Furnish and install on. All work shall be in accordance with the terms, conditions, and requirements of this Invitation for Bid (IFB). Bid submissions shall be emailed to PWC@cmd.ca.gov with the subject title BID FOR EVENT# 33556 - DO NOT OPEN.
Prospective bidders MUST attend the mandatory pre-bid job walk on 12/3/2024 at 10:00 AM at Azusa Armory, 1351 Sierra Madre Avenue, Azusa, CA 91702. Arrive at least 15 minutes early and bring business cards. Prospective bidders may obtain directions to the pre-bid job walk site by contacting Nicole Jackson at Nicole.Jackson@cmd.ca.gov.
Prospective bidders MUST sign-in prior to the start of the pre-bid job walk, attend the entire pre-bid job walk and be present for roll call at the conclusion of the pre-bid job walk. Bidders who do not remain for the entire pre-bid job walk will be considered non-responsive and will not be allowed to bid on this project.
The prime contractor MUST possess a type B - General Building Contractor license, or subcontract to one.
All questions regarding this IFB MUST be submitted to Nicole Jackson, at Nicole.Jackson@cmd.ca.gov no later than 4:00 PM on 12/10/2024. Email subject lines must state RFI FOR EVENT# 33556.
If an addendum is necessary, it will be issued prior to the Bid Opening. The bid opening will be held on 12/24/2024 at 2:00 PM.
