for the purpose of conducting a second stage selection process pursuant to the Master Agreement.
Only Suppliers that were prequalified under RFSQ 02/21 are eligible to respond to this RFQ. Quotations submitted by any other respondents will not be considered.

The Municipality undertakes numerous capital construction and maintenance projects on a consistent basis. The completion of these projects often requires excavation, disposal of existing subsurface soil, and its subsequent replacement with fresh granular material. In support of these initiatives, the Municipality is in search of a Qualified Environmental Professional (“QEP”) to characterize the soil at each project location and facilitate off-site disposal.
