Landfill Gas and Groundwater Monitoring and Reporting Program - Camp San Luis Obispo

The Contractor shall furnish all labor, equipment, materials, permits and fees necessary to perform Landfill Gas and Groundwater Monitoring and Reporting Program at the Sutter Avenue Landfill in Camp San Luis Obispo, CA 93451 located off Highway 1 for a period of 27 months to begin on or around December 1, 2024, through February 28, 2027, in accordance with the technical specifications.

This project requires the Contractor to have a current California Environmental Laboratory Accreditation Program (ELAP) certification or use a subcontractor that maintains current California ELAP certification. The contract will also require analysis of per- and polyfluoroalkyl substances (PFAS) that must be conducted by a Department of Defense (DoD) certified laboratory. If subcontractors are being used, proof of their credentials will be required.
