The Framingham Public Schools are soliciting sealed bids for a three-year master services agreement for all required annual testing, monitoring, inspections, service calls, maintenance, and repairs as needed. Service calls and repairs are as needed, not to exceed and are not guaranteed amounts.
Bid documents can be obtained electronically through the City of Framingham’s Bidnet portal on Wednesday, April 15, 2026 after 11:00 AM:

Sealed bids must be submitted electronically through the City’s Bidnet portal system. Bids submitted through any other means, such as mail, email or hand delivery, will not be accepted and will be rejected by the City as non-responsive.
Bids shall be submitted through Bidnet and are due on Thursday, May 7, 2026 by 11:00 AM.
A non-mandatory Pre-Bid meeting will be held on Thursday, April 23, 2026 at 11:00

The City reserves the right to reject any and all submissions, to waive any minor informalities and technicalities, or to cancel the bid if it were in the public interest to do so.
