The following is a summary only and does not replace the full RFQ.
Description/Background:
The City of Chino Hills (“City”) owns an approximately eight-acre site located south of Shoppes Drive, between City Center Drive and Boys Republic Drive (“Development Site”). The Development Site is shown on the aerial photograph that is provided in Exhibit A.
In 2007, the City Council determined that the Development Site was surplus land, however economic conditions did not warrant the sale and development of the site at that time. Now, the City is seeking to create a pre-qualified list of development teams, that would subsequently be invited to submit proposals to acquire the Development Site for the purpose of constructing a mixed-use development project.

Formal Addenda to the RFQ will only be transmitted to those entities that have submitted a “Notice of Intent to Respond” prior to 2:00 PM, Thursday, May 22, 2025.
