Technical Specifications A full copy of the IFB can be found on the Sourcewell Procurement Portal ( https://proportal.sourcewell-mn.gov ), and only bids submitted through the Sourcewell Procurement Portal will be considered. Bids are due no later than November 18, 2025, at 4:30 p.m. Central Time, and late bids will not be considered.
