Date of Addendum: March 5, 2025, 1:45 p.m., EST

The purpose of this Addendum Number 3 is as follows:

• Due to circumstances beyond our control involving Suppliers not being able to access the eVA system to submit electronic bids, the bids for will now be due, and the public bid opening will occur, on Friday, March 7, at 2:00 p.m. EST.   The public bid opening will still be held at the Town of Christiansburg, 100 East Main Street, Christiansburg, VA 24073.
• Due to the nature of this situation, bidders will NOT be required to acknowledge Addendum 3 in their bid package.
• All other terms and conditions in the Invitation for Bid remain the same, unless noted below.
