| Description |
| The City of Pawtucket (City) is seeking a company (“Contractor” or “Vendor”) to provide rodent and pest control services for City owned buildings located within the City of Pawtucket, Pawtucket Water Supply Board (PWSB) facilities, as well as on-call services at residential properties across the City for a three (3) year period, with two additional one (1) year renewals at the City’s sole discretion. The City, at its sole discretion, reserves the right to use the services of the resulting contractor at alternate locations throughout the City using the same time and material costs. Contractual services shall commence no earlier than January 1, 2025 for PWSB and residential properties, and no earlier than July 1, 2025 for City owned buildings. |
