Description:
This is an RFP Secondary solicitation for the Governor's Office of Land Use and Climate Innovation (LCI) General Plan Guidelines and Supplementing Documents Update.
Government Code Section 65040.2 requires that LCI periodically revise the General Plan Guidelines (Guidelines) to support the development of general plans for all cities and counties. The Guidelines were last revised in 2017. Since that time a wide range of new laws have been enacted that affect how general plans are prepared (including laws regarding housing, parking, open space, and climate/climate adaptation).
