Summary Details

• Under this RFQ, the City of Vancouver (the “City”) is seeking
Bids from vendors with expertise in sign supply meeting the requirements stated in the Buyer Attachment titled, Appendix 1 - Scope of Work and Specifications. Interested parties (“Respondents”) are required to respond to this
RFQ in accordance with the instructions set forth in this RFQ.

• Term of the contract is expected to be three-year period, with an option to extend three successive two-year, for a maximum total term of nine years.

The RFQ will be administered through the website (JAGGAER) that is the City’s electronic procurement
portal (the “Supplier Portal”).

• Bids may only be submitted via the Supplier Portal in the format requested by the City. Each Proponent is solely responsible for reviewing and complying with any Supplier Portal terms and conditions which apply to and govern the use of the Supplier Portal.
