The Central Florida Tourism Oversight District (herein after “District”, “Owner” and “CFTOD”) is a Special Taxing District that serves as a local government entity. The District is responsible for its public infrastructure including, but not limited to roads, bridges, and water control system.
As part of maintaining the infrastructure, the District is seeking the assistance of contractors with expertise in painting and pressure washing services to perform emergency repair and routine maintenance on District-owned buildings and assets on an as-needed basis for a three-year continuing contract term.
Typical items of work may include, but are not limited to:
