U-4623 Bonaire East Gravity Trunk Main Upgrades

Sealed Bids for the construction of the Bonaire East Gravity Trunk Main Upgrades will be received by City of Warner Robins in the Purchasing Office until 2:00 pm local time on Thursday, November 21, 2024 at which time the bids received will be publicly opened and read. The project consists of the installation of approximately 9,240 linear feet of 15¿ gravity sewer PVC, 78 linear feet of 15¿ gravity sewer DIP, the removal and replacement of 82 linear feet of road and driveway asphalt, the removal and replacement of 31 linear feet of concrete curb and gutter, the installation of 44 new sanitary sewer manholes, and/or the abandonment of similar quantity of existing sanitary sewer and manholes.

Bids will be received for a single prime Contract. Bids shall be on a unit price basis as indicated in the Bid Form.

The Issuing Office for the Bidding Documents is Ardurra Group, Inc., ATTN; Dan Huggins, PE, 4000 Faber Place Drive, Suite 330, North Charleston, SC 29405. Prospective Bidders may examine the Bidding Documents at the Issuing Office on Mondays through Fridays between the
hours of 9:00am until 3:00 pm.

Bidding Documents also may be examined at the City of Warner Robins Purchasing Office located at 700 Watson Blvd, Warner Robins, GA 31093, during regular scheduled business hours.

Bidding Documents may be viewed and downloaded for no cost by registering with the City¿s IonWave bidding system at https://wrga.ionwave.net/Login.aspx. Printed bidding documents may be obtained from the Issuing Office upon payment of $300 per set. Payment is nonrefundable.

A pre-bid conference will be held at 10:00 am local time on Thursday, November 07, 2024 in the Carolyn Robbins Conference Room, City Hall Complex, 700 Watson Blvd., Warner Robins, GA 31093. Attendance at the pre-bid conference is mandatory.

Bid security shall be furnished in accordance with the Instructions to Bidders.
