In accordance with (IAW), FAR 12.102(a), the Contracting officer has determined only one responsible source is available and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements.
QubicaAMF Worldwide, LLC., has been identified as the sole source capable of providing the necessary updates and additions to the existing furnishings installed at Building 4223, Bomber Alley Bowling Center, 2d Force Support Squadron. This justification outlines the exclusive nature of Qubica's offerings, the requirements of the project, and the critical need for compatibility with the existing equipment within the facility.
Given the specialized nature of the Bowling Center's needs, the requirement for compatibility with existing infrastructure, and the clear operational efficiencies of a single-manufacturer system, QubicaAMF is the only viable source for this project. Pursuing any alternative would compromise compatibility, standardization and the overall alignment with existing infrastructure while subjecting the Air Force to additional costs and risks. Therefore, procuring these services from QubicaAMF via a sole source acquisition is both necessary and justified.
Subject to FAR 5.207(16)(i), All responsible sources may submit a capability statement, proposal, or quotation, which shall be considered by the agency.
