CHEBOYGAN COUNTY

REQUEST FOR BIDS

Cheboygan County, Michigan is requesting cost proposals from qualified

contractors to provide the County with a bid to remove 17 existing windows, one

entry door and 3 existing curtain wall window units and one entry

canopy/concrete, supply and install new windows, curtain wall windows and

entry door and all necessary hardware and sealant, lintel preparation and

construct new entry canopy at the Cheboygan County Building located at 870 S.

Main St., Cheboygan, MI 49721.

Sealed Bids shall be submitted to the office of the County Administrator, 870 S.

Main St., PO Box 70, Cheboygan, MI 49721 no later than 2:00 p.m. Friday, May 1,

2026 at which time they will be opened.

Cheboygan County reserves the right to accept or reject any or all proposals or

any portion of a proposal in the best interest of the County.
