Braintree High School Boiler Replacement IFB

The Town of Braintree, pursuant to M.G.L. 149, is seeking bids from qualified vendors for the purchase and installation of two (2) boilers at 128 Town St, Braintree.

A mandatory site visit will be held on April 14, 2026 at 11am. General Bids are due on April 28, 2026 until 11:00 A.M. ET to Jaclyn Gould, Director of Facilities, Braintree Department of Public Works, 85 Quincy Ave, Braintree, MA 02184 or via Commbuys.

Massachusetts Prevailing Wage Laws apply to all services. DCAMM Certification in HVAC for General Bidders, bid deposits, Performance Bonds, and Labor & Materials Payment Bonds are required. The vendor shall include the cost of the bonds and permits in the bid. Bids that are not prepared as required will be considered non-responsive. It is the sole responsibility of a vendor to ensure its bid is received, regardless of the manner of delivery, by the deadline. It is strongly recommended that bids are sent in advance of the due date and time. Late and incomplete bids will not be accepted.
