Customer Satisfaction System

Cleveland Hopkins International Airport (CLE) is soliciting proposals from qualified vendors to provide a Customer Satisfaction System (CSAT) specifically designed for restrooms. The system will employ tablets for capturing feedback via emojis, with the data securely stored in the cloud and made accessible through a comprehensive dashboard. This initiative aims to improve restroom cleanliness and overall customer satisfaction by delivering real-time feedback to custodial staff.

A pre-proposal meeting will be held on Friday, October 25 2024 at 9 a.m. local time via WEBEX. the call-in number is 1-415-655-0002 and the meeting number is 2866 967 5461. Although attendance is not mandatory, firms are encouraged to attend. Those planning to attend the pre-proposal meeting must register by 4:00 p.m. local time on Thursday October 24, 2024 via the RSVP function within the OpenGov project link.
